Red Carpet Treatment $895
You have always wanted to walk the red carpet at the Oscars right!? Now here's your chance to live like the stars do! The names of your wedding party or closest friends on a customized step and repeat backdrop with the name of your event, location, dates etc., Velvet ropes and chrome stanchions with Paparazzi-style photographers documenting the arrival of you and all of your guests .Our photographer will take pictures of all your guests on the red carpet, frame the pictures, and your Hollywood superstars will go home with a great treasure. THEN, they will be interviewed by one of our MC's as if they were nominated to have a memorable evening, all caught on video!!! Scrapbook Station $250
Our Making Memories Scrapbook Station complete with a Professional On-Site Scrapbook Specialist will help your guests create a unique, one of a kind, on-the-spot, scrapbook album filled with heartwarming messages, humorous personalized mad libs, best wishes and Picture Perfect photos taken at your event. The OSE "Making Memories" Scrapbook Station provides a presentation that is sure to "wow" your guests! Our scrapbook station compliments the colors and theme of your event and we use only the best materials to ensure your scrapbook lasts as long as your memories.
Zap Photography $395
Occasional Sounds Entertainment's photographer will take candid pictures of you and your guests throughout your special event and present them on our video plasma displays during the event and or just provide you with all the images taken at your event. This is a fun and exciting feature, especially when guests see themselves unexpectedly on our video displays during dinner or desert, kids especially love to see themselves on TV! All Images provide on a cd or flash drive.
Chris Sings Sinatra $250
One of Occasional Sounds Entertainment's most popular wedding enhancements! You will not believe your ears as Chris " Sinatra " Jago takes you back to the days of the rat pack! Drift away in the good vibes and to the tunes of "Ole Blue Eyes" himself. Chris has been wowing guests for over 4 years now at weddings, talent shows and tribute shows throughout NJ and NY. Well versed in the music of Bobby Darin, Frank Sinatra and Michael Buble, Chris provides any event with a touch of class that will have your guests smiling and talking about the experience for years! Video Displays $350/Display or 2 For $500
Occasional Sounds Entertainment's 42" Plasma Video Displays are used to present picture or video montages, candid ZAP photos taken throughout your event, visual ambient effects, music videos, live webcam simulcasting and more. Present childhood pictures of you and your parents during the parent dances. Show pictures of your ceremony during dinner or pictures of your parent dances during desert. Photo Montages $150
Take your family and friends on a trip down memory lane with an Occasional Sounds Entertainment Montage. A photo / video montage tells a story of your most cherished memories! Love Story $495
The Love Story Video tells your story in your very own words. It's shot separately from the day of your wedding at the location of your choice. It tells how you met, what your first date was like, how you fell in love, your proposal and more. The Love Story can be shown at the wedding and is a wonderful keepsake. Enhanced Audio $100
Subwoofers are recommended for events of 100 people or more. They can fill a room and a dance floor with warm rich base. Hear every note without the annoying "too loud! " factor. Your event will feel like you are listening to the artists live in concert!
Monogram Name Projection $275
Everyone wants to see their name in lights! Have your customized monogram elegantly projected on the dance floor or above your sweetheart table. This is a great way to add a touch of class and elegance to your event. Keep your custom monogram template.
Dancing Under The Stars $250
Everyone enjoys looking up in the sky on a crisp clear night, gazing at the stars. Occasional Sounds Entertainment will create that same feeling at your special occasion, your guests will never forget that special dance they shared at your event, Under The Stars!
Dancing On Cloud 9 – Call For Pricing
You have dreamed about this moment since you were a young child, your first dance and grand entrance at your wedding. Picture your first dance with your bridegroom and the entire dance floor is filled with clouds, combined with our dancing under the stars lighting, you will definitely be on Cloud 9!
Bubbles – Snow – Fog $75 each
Bubbles – What can we say about the fun bubble machines create? Everyone enjoys watching kids play with bubbles, it's enchanting! For outdoor use only.
Snow – Our snow machines create a winter wonderland of fun. Let it snow! Let it Snow! Let it Snow! Outdoor use only.
Fog – Fog machines add a thrilling and inviting effect to our intelligent lighting system. Fog enhances the visual look and feel of the intelligent lighting creating a club like atmosphere. Not permitted at some venues.
Ambient Lighting $40 per light
Ambient Up Lighting can enhance the entire atmosphere of an event. Ambient lighting adds warmth to any room and can be customized to match the color theme of your event, such as brides maid dresses or the color of your sweet 16 dress. The colors can change during the event or remain the same color. Up-lighting can also highlight any statues or pillars and more to add to the warm inviting atmosphere.
Intelligent Lighting $195 to $395
Our Intelligent and LED lighting system is a great way to draw your guests to the dance floor. Projected from above the DJ booth on our truss system, these lights send an array of colors and patterns around the room to the beat of the music, creating a lively and exciting atmosphere. They can be programmed to the mood and flow of the event, exciting patterns and colors for when the dance floor is jumping or more subtle warm effects when we slow it down for a romantic set. Great for any evening event!
